By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us at enquiries@theoriginaleggcompany.co.uk before placing an order with us.
These Terms and Conditions and your use of our web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.
Orders are accepted at the sole discretion of The Original Egg Company Ltd and are subject to your credit or account card being authorised for the transaction. All transactions are conducted through PayPal’s secure server.
The Original Egg Company Ltd reserves the right to remove products from its range at any time without prior notice and without liability. Prices may change from time to time and all products are subject to availability.
All prices quoted are in British pounds sterling (£). All products are zero rated for the purposes of VAT.
Credit Card Security
Your credit/debit card details are entered on a PayPal secure payment web server. Details of the secure payment system and credit cards accepted are as detailed on the PayPal web site
If you wish to pay by cheque please call us on 01543 572276 for details of how to place your order. Cheques should be made payable to "The Original Egg Company Ltd".
Cancellations and Returns
As our products are supplied fresh and produced to order, we regret that once an order is placed it is not possible to cancel it and refunds cannot be given. Consequently credit card authorisation and payment will be taken upon placement of orders. In the unlikely event of a product being unsatisfactory, please contact us immediately. Do not return goods without first speaking to us first on 01543 572276 or enquiries@theoriginaleggcompany.co.uk
Complaints Procedure
It is your responsibility to check your order carefully immediately on receipt of goods. In the unlikely event of goods being unsatisfactory, damaged or incomplete you should accept delivery and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. The Original Egg Company will always replace faulty or damaged products free of charge. Breakages must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. If our products are not to your satisfaction for reasons other than damage or breakage, please ring first to discuss the problem and see if it can be resolved.
